To prevent diseases, the following rules should be included in your daily routine-
1. Salad should be taken daily with food. It is best to use cucumber, tomato, radish, cabbage, cucumber etc. for salad.
2. Consuming green vegetables daily keeps the blood pure and increases immunity power.
3. Consuming seasonal fruits fulfills all the vitamins.
4. Food should be eaten fresh.
5. Drink 5-6 liters of water in summer and 4-5 liters of water in winter. By drinking more water, the stool of the body comes out faster, the digestive system remains clean. Water should not be drunk with food.
6. Both tea or coffee are injurious to health, if they are consumed in excess, then there is a loss.

8. Jalneti -
Every person should do Jalneti daily. It does not cause infectious diseases. Breathing remains normal. Air (oxygen) is found in sufficient quantity in the blood. Therefore, all the cells of the body remain strong. Burning increases the eyesight. There is no disease of nose, throat, ear etc. There was no headache. This develops the intellect.
9. Kunjal Kriya-
In this, drinking lukewarm water mixed with a little salt and then vomits or throws it out. This leads to complete cleansing of the stomach. A healthy person should do Kunjal Kriya once a week. By doing this, diseases like anorexia, jaundice, dyspepsia, etc. Stomach poison comes out. If there are worms in the stomach, then they do not even live. It is also beneficial in diseases of the skin and blood.
10. Basti-
Cleansing of the anus is done by enema. A healthy person should take enema twice a month. Due to this the intestines are cleaned and the defects of the digestive system are delayed. This increases appetite. The mind gets peace and the body remains light and fit.
11. Nauli-
By this action the pathology of the intestines is removed. It is beneficial in indigestion, obesity and other stomach disorders. There is a balance between Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
12. Trataka-
In tratak kriya, we fix our eyes by meditating on any one point. Due to this, many diseases of the eyes are removed, vision increases. Lethargy is removed and meditation helps.
13. Pranayama-
Pranayama leads to purification of the mind. This increases mental power and strengthens the power to concentrate. Liver, stomach, kidney, intestine and digestive organs and the whole body system are affected by Pranayama. Every person should do Pranayama daily.
14. Intake of clean air-
Everything is beneficial for working, living and playing in clean air. Clean air and sunlight work to increase power for health. Oxygen is required for every part of the body. Along with this, it also plays an important role in burning foreign elements. If clean air is not available, neither good health can be maintained nor mental activity can function normally. Therefore morning walk is considered very beneficial for health.
15. Oil Massage-
There are two types of glands inside our skin, first oil gland and second sweat gland. The oil gland keeps the body smooth and soft. In winter the skin becomes dry and lifeless. That's why oil massage becomes necessary. Also, the blood circulation remains correct. Massage is also a healing method in naturopathy. With this, the body soon becomes strong, strong and healthy.
16. Consumption of Sunlight-
Sunlight destroys many diseases and provides many nutrients to enrich health. Health benefits come not from heat but from rays. That is why it is said that cold rays are used. Morning time is the best time to consume light.
17. Deep breathing-
A person can survive without food for a few days, but cannot survive for even a few minutes without air. Breathing is life, deep breathing gives strength to the body as a bellows kindle the fire. 20. Working Time-
Man has become a money making machine today. He does not care about sleep or rest, but both are necessary. Punctuality in work is essential to stay healthy.
21. Positive Attitude -

22. Yoga practice and exercise-

24. Adequate sleep-
Sleep is essential for life. Therefore, it is necessary to sleep regularly and on time. Whatever damage has been done due to physical mental labour is compensated in sleep. Therefore, it is necessary to take deep sleep.
